STEAM Day

Identity System

An identity system promoting a hypothetical STEAM Day 2013 event. STEAM is an initiative that supports adding the Arts into STEM education. I worked with Sabrina Li to develop a system that would get people excited about STEAM.


The system is based on the idea of infinite possibilities. Final deliverables included posters, tickets, postcards, bookmarks, a map card to guide people to the different locations, and a notepad to take notes on the day of the event.

Process

For our process, we started with affinity diagramming to identify our target audience, the event experience and pin down what we found most important about STEAM education. We created an inspiration board and boston boxes to help us build connections.
